These in-person, expert-led sessions are designed to address topics that directly impact post-military life. Each workshop combines focused learning with intentional time for conversation and connection.

Some sessions are open to all Mission43 members. Others are designed specifically for our military spouses and create space to explore the unique dynamics of military family life.

Whether you are a service member, veteran, or military spouse, these monthly workshops offer a space to engage new perspectives and connect with others who understand the military experience.

You do not need prior experience or expertise. You simply need a willingness to participate and engage in thoughtful conversation.

Mission43 has been integral in making our family’s transition to civilian life in Idaho. It made us successful, but also stable and joyful.

Spouse Enrichment

Spouse Enrichment sessions are designed specifically for our military spouses. These workshops address the unique responsibilities and transitions that come with military family life, and you'll gain practical tools, perspective, and connection.

Sessions are expert-led and bring spouses together to build community with others who understand the experience.

Learn & Lead

Learn & Lead sessions bring research-informed experts into conversation with Idaho’s military-connected community. Topics focus on resilience, purpose, relationships, and sustained engagement after service.

Each session pairs focused insight with structured discussion, creating space to learn, connect, and move forward as a community.

What can I expect?

A mix of monthly gatherings, workshops, and experiences designed to support personal growth, connection, and wellbeing. Programming includes Military Spouse sessions, created specifically for military spouses, and Learn & Lead sessions, which are open to the broader military-connected community. Formats may include facilitated conversations, interactive learning, and experiential activities that encourage reflection and shared understanding.

Who can participate?

Open to Mission43 members, including service members, veterans, military spouses, and their families. Military Spouse sessions are reserved for military spouses, while Learn & Lead sessions are open to all military-connected participants. Any additional participation details for workshops or cohort experiences will be shared in advance.

What topics will we explore?

Sessions explore topics that support emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, relationships, and life during and after military service. Topics may include stress and mental health, mindfulness, brain and body health, financial wellbeing, communication, identity, and navigating change. Topics vary throughout the year and are designed to be practical, approachable, and relevant to everyday life.


How often are these events?

Members can attend monthly enrichment workshops, as well as periodic cohort experiences for deeper engagement. Spouse sessions will alternate with Learn and Lead sessions each month.
These workshops provide immersive, interactive learning on specific topics and are often led in collaboration with trusted experts and partners.
