ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Mission43 recognizes that 25% of transitioning service members are interested in launching their own business. We offer exclusive, no-cost programs, providing our members with the network, resources, and tools needed to simplify the entrepreneurial journey and grow their business.

ENTREPRENEUR COURSE

A virtual entrepreneurship course taught by the College of Western Idaho and hosted by Mission43. Designed for military-connected members and spouses who want structured, foundational business education.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Structured curriculum delivered virtually

  • 6-week course held each spring and fall

  • Application required

ONGOING LEARNING & SUPPORT

Continued support, resources, and business coaching for veteran and military-connected entrepreneurs delivered by Idaho’s Veteran Entrepreneur Alliance (VEA). These opportunities support entrepreneurs at various stages, from refining an idea to growing an existing business.

  • Opportunities available outside a fixed cohort

PITCH OPPORTUNITIES

Veterans and military-connected members can pitch their businesses through the Boise Entrepreneur Week military track. In partnership with the Veteran Entrepreneur Alliance, Mission43 funds the military track and prizes.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Annual pitch opportunity as part of Boise Entrepreneur Week (typically held in the fall)

  • Military-specific track with cash prizes awarded

  • Applications accepted year-round
