Welcome Brad Blair

In Podcast #036 we welcome Brad Blair to the studio. Brad is the new Mission43 Director of Engagement and the Director of Mission43’s Operation Resilient Path (ORP). His personal experience with ORP makes him highly qualified to lead this program. Brad was raised in Idaho and at the young age of 17, joined the Army with the plan of becoming an Army Ranger. He quickly realized that dream and deployed four times over the next four years, with tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. After separating from the military, Brad leaned hard into his home life and later discovered he still needed to address some of the issues active-duty life left him. He became the second Mission43 military member to enter ORP and it’s had a positive outcome on his life. Listen in as he describes his life before, during, and after the military, and how he plans to positively impact other members who need assistance with their transition out of the military.
