PHASE II: WILDERNESS IMMERSION

Leaders Fellows will throw their packs on because we are heading into the Idaho backcountry. We’ll take the concepts discussed in Phase I and merge them with a physical immersion that is both beautiful and challenging. This shared experience helps the leadership cohort grow as a group while taking the time to “Lead Yourself First” without distraction. And it’s a 5-7 mile hike per day.
