PHASE I: LEAD YOURSELF FIRST SEMINAR

This two-day workshop is led by Mike Erwin, CEO of the Character & Leadership Center and author of Lead Yourself First, and explores the counter-intuitive notion that one of the most impactful actions a leader can take is to create time for solitude. This is exceptionally timely because, courtesy of technology, people are more distracted than ever although we depend on it for much of our work. Leaders Fellows will discuss strategies to fortify character and enhance clarity, creativity, emotional balance, and moral courage; Mike Erwin’s work will help us develop the foundation to carry us through the rest of the M43 Leadership Program.
