How to Stay Fit After the Military
In Podcast #047 we welcome Anna Woodring to the studio. Anna Woodring discovered Idaho after the military when she set her sights on becoming the Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Idaho Outdoor Fieldhouse. She’s a Marine Corps officer from Northern Georgia and has the accent to prove it! Her desire to serve in the military started at a young age, as did her passion for exercise science. A workout guru at heart, Anna set the female pull-up record in OCS. After leaving active duty, she spent time training the National Champion Georgia Bulldogs football team while she continued developing physical training programs for the Marines. All of that experience will come in handy as she takes over the Fieldhouse training programs. Listen in as Anna gives some great advice on maintaining your physical fitness after leaving the military. Her workouts are designed for men and women of all ages…Let’s PT!
