The Mission43 Leaders Fellowship is a prestigious program designed for veterans, military spouses, and currently serving military members who demonstrate exceptional leadership potential and a strong commitment to personal and professional growth. This yearlong Fellowship aims to empower selected Fellows by enhancing their leadership skills and amplifying their ability to make a positive impact in Idaho.

The Fellowship represents a mutually beneficial investment. Mission43 fully covers all expenses, including travel, for those selected. In return, Fellows commit to participating in all scheduled events (outlined below) and embracing opportunities to step beyond their personal and professional comfort zones.

Applications for Cohort VII

Applications for the 2025/2026 Fellowship will be accepted from January 1 - February 28, 2025. To ensure fairness, all personally identifiable information is redacted before applications are reviewed by the selection committee.

Selection Timeline:

• March 6–7, 2025: Applicants advancing to the next stage will be notified.

• March 10–12, 2025: Interviews conducted with selected applicants.

• March 13, 2025: All applicants will be notified of their selection status.
