You Support Everyone Else - Let’s Focus on You.
As a military spouse or partner, you’ve been the steady hand, the problem-solver, and the one who holds everything together. But when your loved one is facing PTSD, trauma, or mental health challenges, who supports you?
This workshop is here to give you the knowledge, tools, and reassurance you need.
Led by Kathryn Dosch from The Headstrong Project, this safe, supportive, and informative session will help you understand:
- What trauma does to the brain and how it impacts behavior
- What PTSD actually looks like - signs, symptoms, and common misconceptions
- How PTSD is treated and what recovery can look like
- What you can do to support your loved one without burning yourself out
- How to find hope in the midst of change
This is more than just an informational session - it’s a chance to connect with others who understand the weight of what you’re carrying and to walk away with resources, strategies, and a renewed sense of hope.
