Military Spouse: Moving, change, and scripting your success

An Interactive Workshop for Military & Veteran Spouses

Military life is all about change - constant moves, new roles, and adapting to a world that seems to shift overnight. For years, you’ve been defined as a military spouse, family member, or (ugh!) dependent. Now that your family has settled into civilian life, one question remains:

Now what?!

If you’ve ever looked in the mirror and wondered: Who am I beyond this role?, this workshop is for you. It’s your opportunity to reconnect with yourself, uncover your unique strengths, and redefine your story on your own terms. Whether you’re looking to pursue a new career, make meaningful connections, or simply rediscover who you are, this workshop will guide you toward a future that feels authentic and fulfilling.

DISCOVER WHO YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF MILITARY LIFE

This isn’t just another boring workshop - it’s an empowering, interactive experience where you’ll:

  • Reflect on your journey and explore your passions.

  • Identify your unique strengths and craft a personal success story.

  • Gain actionable tools to help you navigate life’s changes with confidence.

What TO EXPECT

  • Guided Self-Reflection: Uncover your strengths with tools like StrengthsFinder, personality assessments, or input from those who know you best.

  • Creative Storytelling: Define your "Character Star," brainstorm your "Theme Buckets," and create your "Word Closet" to craft a personal narrative that reflects your values and aspirations.

  • Practical Frameworks: Build your "Character Breakdown" to clearly articulate who you are, what you stand for, and where you want to go.

  • A Supportive Environment: Connect with fellow spouses on a similar journey, share insights, and build a sense of camaraderie as you support one another.
