This includes not only the attacks on the DoD, but the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) as well and how cybersecurity is critical to the entire ecosystem of US Defense.
12:30pm: Best Practices to Overcoming Challenges with Josh Borglund - As an IT and cybersecurity manager of several DoD contractors, I'll talk about the challenges I've run into, and best practices to overcome those in becoming compliant with CMMC / NIST 800-171. I'll talk about the importance of building a culture and mindset focused on security and then working with valuable vendors to help identify and block vulnerabilities. I'll share more details about these and other best practices.
