This is your chance to earn a credential recognized by top employers worldwide and valued at over $3,000! Mission43 covers the cost of the course, prep material, and one exam attempt for selected participants.

Eligibility
To be eligible, you must:
Be a Mission43 member in Idaho: The Course is open to Idaho military veterans, Guard/Reserve, active duty military within 6 months of transition, and military/veteran spouses.
Meet PMI Eligibility Requirements:
High school diploma/associate degree with 60 months of project management experience in the past 8 years, or
Bachelor’s degree+ with 36 months of project management experience in the past 8 years.
Demonstrate Commitment: Priority is given to those actively seeking employment, transitioning from the military, or pursuing professional advancement in their current career.

Application Support: Assistance with completing your PMP exam application with PMI.
Ongoing Guidance: One-on-one advising and check-ins after training to keep you on track.

Mock Exam Preparation: Support to help you build confidence and readiness through practice exams and personalized feedback.
Your Commitment to the Program:
To ensure you’re fully prepared for the PMP exam and to qualify for Mission43 to cover the cost of your exam, participants must agree to:
Join PMI Global & Local Chapter as a Paid Member: PMI membership is the only out of pocket cost required of participants. PMI membership grants access to an extensive resource library and local events to keep your certification current. Paid PMI membership is required 2-weeks prior to starting the course. Current annual membership is estimated at ~$170.
Dedicate Time to Study: Commit to studying a minimum of 10 hours per week, with at least 4 hours in Pocket Prep.
Engage with Pocket Prep: Complete at least one full-length mock exam within the app, allowing us to tailor resources and advising to your specific needs.
Participate Actively: Stay engaged with advising sessions, check-ins, and all program resources to maximize your readiness.

The Application Process
Complete the Application Form: Follow the link to complete the Mission43 PMP Certification Course application. This is a highly-competitive program. Make sure that you are thoughtful & thorough on your application. Clearly describe your project leadership experience within the last 8 years and what the PMP certification can do for your career goals.
Provide Your Experience: Share a direct link to your LinkedIn profile or upload your résumé. If your LinkedIn profile is bare or incomplete, please upload your résumé. If you do not have a résumé, contact the Mission43 Employment team for free résumé and career services.
Selection Review: Applications are reviewed periodically through the application window. Applications are evaluated based on PMI eligibility, career goals, Mission43 participation, and experience. If invited to move forward in the process, you will be contacted via email to schedule a qualitative interview. Selections will be made once interviews are completed, and applicants will be notified ~30 days out from Course start date of the corresponding cycle. If an application is received after the cut-off date, the application will be held for the next cycle.
