The application window for the 2021-2022 cohort of the Mission43 Leaders Fellowship is open. Twenty individuals will be selected based on their demonstrated leadership potential and capacity for personal and professional growth. Mission43 Leaders Fellows become part of a close network of exceptional individuals who support each other in having a positive impact on what they accomplish at home, work, and in their communities.

If you are a current or former military member and/or a military spouse who is looking to bolster your leadership capability and network, you are highly encouraged to apply. All experience levels will be considered in the cohort selection process.
