This final phase of Cohort VII’s Mission43 Leaders Fellowship brings Fellows and alumni together to mark the transition from program completion into continued leadership within the Mission43 community. As Fellows reflect on their experience and share what comes next, alumni play a key role in welcoming them forward.

Fellowship Forward is designed to reinforce that the Leaders Fellowship does not end with the cohort. It continues through a connected network of leaders who support one another and stay engaged in the Mission43 community.
During this event, Fellows will present their next steps and formally transition into the Leaders Fellowship alumni network. This moment creates space for connection across cohorts and strengthens the foundation of the broader Fellowship community.
As part of this transition, Fellows will receive a coin marking their place in the Leaders Fellowship. Alumni in attendance will also receive a coin as a shared symbol of the network they are now part of together.
Mission43 exists to help veterans and military spouses succeed in Idaho after the military. That includes building leaders who stay connected, continue to grow, and contribute to their communities long after the program ends.
