Phase 4: Fellowship Forward

Join us in welcoming Cohort VII into the Leaders Fellowship alumni network.

Fellowship Forward marks the final phase of Cohort VII’s Mission43 Leaders Fellowship. This event brings Fellows and alumni together to recognize the transition from program completion into continued leadership within the Mission43 community.

As Fellows reflect on their experience and share what comes next, alumni play an important role in welcoming them forward. This is a moment to connect across cohorts, strengthen relationships, and reinforce the network that continues well beyond the Fellowship.

What to Expect

We have reimagined this final phase to move beyond traditional presentations and into a more interactive experience. As current Fellows look ahead to what comes next, they will share their Fellowship Forward plans in an open format and formally transition into the Leaders Fellowship alumni network. Your presence reinforces that the Fellowship does not end with the cohort, but that it continues through the community of leaders who have walked this path before them.

As part of this transition, Fellows will receive a coin marking their place in the Leaders Fellowship. Alumni in attendance will also receive a coin as a shared symbol of the network they are part of together.
