Join Mission43, CAF Idaho, and the Idaho Outdoor Fieldhouse for a hands-on workshop that explores mindfulness through a practical, evidence-based lens.
Mindfulness is often misunderstood or dismissed as something abstract or out of reach. This workshop is designed to change that by breaking down the science behind mindfulness and demonstrating how simple, intentional practices can help improve focus, manage stress, and build resilience in everyday life.
Through a combination of discussion and guided experiences, you'll learn why these practices work and have the opportunity to try them yourself in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Whether you've never practiced mindfulness before or you're looking for new tools to incorporate into your routine, you'll leave with techniques you can put to use right away.
Childcare is available, and light food and beverages will be provided.
