Together, we’ll explore how nutrition impacts physical health, mental clarity, and stress, and how to create balanced, realistic approaches to fueling yourself and your family. Participants will leave with simple strategies they can apply immediately and return to over time.

Erin Green is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, former professional triathlete, and coach with over 18 years of experience in sports nutrition, weight management, and community health. She is known for translating evidence-based nutrition into practical, approachable strategies that fit everyday life.She holds a Master’s degree in Dietetics and an advanced certification as a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD). Erin also brings a personal connection to the first responder community, which informs her work supporting individuals and families in high-demand roles.Erin currently runs her own private practice, Erin Green Racing and Nutrition, in Boise, Idaho.
