

The Mission43 Leaders Fellowship is designed for members who are ready to invest deeply in their growth and step into greater leadership, personally, professionally, and in service to Idaho. This opportunity is open to veterans, military spouses, and currently serving military members who are motivated to take on meaningful challenge and grow alongside a committed cohort.
A Fellowship for Idaho leaders
This 12-month fellowship is designed to cultivate leadership skills and foster meaningful connections among a cohort of veterans, military spouses, and currently serving military members. Through four phases and a combination of immersive learning, hands-on experiences, and high-level mentorship, Fellows develop the confidence and tools to lead effectively in both their careers and communities.

Applications will be accepted from January 1 to February 28, 2026. Candidates whose applications are selected to move forward will be notified and scheduled for interviews with the Mission43 selection committee.
Interviews will be held mid-March 2026 and candidates will be notified of their selection no later than April 1, 2026.

June 4, 2026: Treasure Valley — Two-hour evening seminar
July 16, 2026: Treasure Valley — Two-hour evening seminar
August 28, 2026: Bogus Basin Mountain Recreation Area — Half-day session
September 17–20, 2026: Sawtooth, White Cloud, and Frank Church Wilderness
April 23, 2027: Treasure Valley — Full-day session and optional overnight stay
