The Aaron Butler Memorial Purple Heart Run returns for its eighth year, bringing together veterans, military families, first responders, and the broader Idaho community to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation.
Hosted at Eagle Island State Park, participants can choose from a 5K Trail Run, 10K Trail Run, Youth 5K, or the event's signature Unknown Distance Run. Registration also includes food, music, guest speakers, family-friendly activities, and opportunities to connect with others in remembrance and community.
Whether you're running, walking, or cheering others on, this annual event offers a meaningful way to honor the fallen while supporting a longstanding Idaho tradition.
